Refund Policy

At Astgen Software LLP Bhopal, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction and provide transparent policies regarding refunds and returns for both clients and students. Below are the details of our refund and return policy

Clients/Students may be eligible for a return under the following circumstances.

  1. Eligibility for Refund:
    • The service/course was cancelled by Astgen Software LLP.
    • The service/course does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or quality standards
    • The client/student requests a refund within the specified refund period.
  2. Refund Period:
    • The refund period is typically 3days from the date of purchase/enrollment.
    • Refund requests made after the refund period may not be processed unless exceptional circumstances apply.
  3. Refund Process:
    • To request a refund, clients/students must submit a written refund request to support@astgensoftware.com
    • The refund request should include the reason for the refund, relevant details such as invoice number or enrollment ID, and any supporting documentation if applicable
  4. Refund Approval:
    • Refunds are subject to approval by Astgen Software LLP
    • Refunds may be approved or denied based on the eligibility criteria and the circumstances of each case.
  5. Refund Amount:
    • Approved refunds will be processed for the amount paid by the client/student for the specific service/course.
    • Any applicable taxes, fees, or deductions will be deducted from the refund amount.
  6. Refund Method:
    • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
    • If the original payment method is not available, alternative refund methods may be used, such as bank transfer or check
